TAKKO LUXEMBOURG 2 S.C.A. ANNOUNCES ITS INTENTION TO
REDEEM €380 MILLION AGGREGATE PRINCIPAL AMOUNT OF ITS
9.875% FIXED RATE SENIOR SECURED NOTES DUE 2019 AND €145
MILLION AGGREGATE PRINCIPAL AMOUNT OF ITS FLOATING RATE
SENIOR SECURED NOTES DUE 2019

GERMANY—October 24, 2017

Takko Luxembourg 2 S.C.A. (“Takko”) today announced that it intends to
redeem in full the outstanding principal amount of its 9.875% Senior
Secured Notes due 2019 and its Floating Rate Senior Secured Notes due
2019 (together, the “Notes”) issued pursuant to the indenture dated as of
April 5, 2013, as amended and supplemented. The redemption is
conditional upon the receipt by Takko (or its agent) by no later than 11:00
am London time on the date of redemption of the Notes of funds from
refinancing transactions in an aggregate amount which is, together with
cash on hand, sufficient to redeem the Notes.

If the conditions set forth in the redemption notice dated October 24, 2017
relating to the Notes are satisfied, Takko will redeem the Notes in full.
