Takko Fashion: Dirk Van den Berghe becomes new Chairman of the Advisory Board

Takko Fashion, Europe's leading quality fashion discounter, today announces that Dirk Van den Berghe has taken over the chairmanship of the Takko Fashion Advisory Board. Dirk Van den Berghe succeeds Karl-Heinz Holland, who has resigned after years of successful cooperation.

Dirk Van den Berghe has almost 20 years of experience as CEO of retail and digital companies on three continents with each up to tens of billions USD in revenue. Amongst others, he was Executive Vice President and regional CEO of Walmart Asia & Canada and CEO of Delhaize Belgium & Luxembourg. He also brings extensive non-executive board experience as chairman and board member of various companies, including Flipkart Group in India, JD.com in China, The Very Group in the UK, Telenet in Belgium and several other listed and non-listed companies.
